And its $45!! SO costly!

Queueing up for 10hrs unknowingly, back and feet aching just to see SNSD/BIg Bang and a few other Kpop groups live!!!

Shanghai Trip
To catch world expo 10 on a business class flight!

Seoul Trip
No chance to go there on my free time(previous time was a study trip)!
Now I have! Armed with my basic korean, I hope to communicate with the locals !!


Finally, everyone (less the selected few) have to work eventually, I have to do so when I come back from my breaks!

Taking the Bus

Sometimes you get into a dilemma whether to take a bus or a mrt to your destination.

Pros/cons of taking a Bus(for me):
-Seats available
-Good view of surroundings
-Cheaper
-Much longer journey

MRT
-No seats + cramped
-Faster
-Changing of lines a hassle

That's why I like the bus if I have time, sit and chill listen to music.
But because of the 1hr+ bus rides, I do get bus lag!

Whole Grain Products

The recent hype about whole grain products on the newspaper and the government bodies encouraging on having whole grain products is hardly missable.

Yet why is it more expensive than the refined(white) grain? It doesnt require the removal of the husk or the bleaching of the grain which costs money too! I thought about this when I was thinking on getting whole grain cereals which costs 50% more than an normal one.

Turns out that...whole grains tend to spoil easily than the refined ones! And processing the whole grains into bread/cereal requires a whole lot more effort as they are more "hardy" !

So think more about why they are so expensive and think about the good sides of consuming whole grain products!

Had my 21st birthday celebration yesterday at Bukit Batok hometeam NS adventure centre chalet :)

 Salmon fish head with sea salt, very fresh and yummy!

Fried rice with sea urchin (uni), very fragrant!

Otoro and yellow tail

Uni(Sea urchin) and loads of it!

New updates as didn't have the time to post a few months back..
My aunt got for me a laptop for my 21st birthday(Thx aunt!)! Queued up for about an hour and after tens of hours of research before getting it. 5 years warranty! wahaha

Weight Gaining !

Before I start, I need to tell everyone I lost 2kg because of my phuenomia which happened because of my throat infection (a damn f***ing bad one)..

2kg is alot to me,if you want to ask, as I was 57kg back then!

After a series of buffets and most importantly,yesterdays...erhem!

Morning dim sum buffet at River City Restaurant with my Ammo Tech Course mates, 13 of us gobbled down 130 plates of dimsums/desserts !

Was damn full and went for LAN afterwards..

Then went to popeyes at T3 after sending off Cia for her studies in Australia..

I must say I wasn't hungrg, but I gobbled it down anyway.. Giving the excuse: how often do you get to eat popeyes? RARELY!

Getting lengthy, I went for supper afterwards with cs and alex at Bukit Timah, had fried ice cream(IT IS GODLY, YOU SHOULD TRY IT, and ask me along too!) and pratas, hoho, I was feeling bloated even before eating :(

And finally I woke up today and felt hungry! ahaha, and I gained 1 kg over one day!

Keep this up and I should be a bit erm... chubbier!

PS3!

PS3 price went down a bit recently, and with FF XIII coming, I can't wait to buy one!

But not cheap :(
