21st birthday celebration

Had my 21st birthday celebration yesterday at Bukit Batok hometeam NS adventure centre chalet :)
Thx everyone for the great company and presents!

 

Dinner at Kome with BMT bunkmates

Had our long awaited dinner at Kome at Keppel Club with jinghui jeramy and jonathan :)

 

 

Scallop, abalone, Otoro, sweet prawn and some others i can't remember

 

Salmon

 Tempura(Sakura Prawn)

 Salmon fish head with sea salt, very fresh and yummy!

 

 Double boiled fish

Fried rice with sea urchin (uni), very fragrant!

Beef n egg

Otoro and yellow tail

foie gras with sweet prawn, $14 :(

Uni(Sea urchin) and loads of it!

And finally grape sorbet!

An interesting show that I would like to share, its about a guy who has $25000 from selling his house in London and planning to travel around the world to trade anything from chilli sauces to jades!
